Early check-in policy (subject to room availability):
- Before 07:00: 100% of the first night’s room rate will be applied
- From 07:00 to 10:00: 50% of the first night’s room rate will be applied
- From 10:00 to 13:00: 30% of the first night’s room rate will be applied
Late check-out policy (subject to room availability):
- From 12:00 to 15:00: 30% of the first night’s room rate will be applied
- From 15:00 to 17:00: 50% of the first night’s room rate will be applied
- After 17:00: 100% of the first night’s room rate will be applied
2. Children Policy
- Children under 12 years old: sharing bed with parents or using a baby cot (for children under 6 years old) – Free of charge.
- Children 12 years old and above are considered adults. An extra bed is required at a surcharge of VND 800,000 per person per night, including breakfast.
3. Extra beds and baby cots:
- Maximum 01 extra bed per room (subject to room type)
- Maximum 01 baby cot per room (available upon request and free of charge)

Property’s cancellation policy
1. Hotel Cancellation / Amendments
Your reservation is Non-refundable. Flexible rescheduling is available if plans change. Date changes are subject to real-time availability, rates, and restrictions. Please inform us at least 7 days prior to check-in to request a date change. Any amendment requested within 7 days of the arrival date will not be accepted, and no refund will be given.
2. Credit Card & Payment Policy
- The credit card provided will be charged for your reservation prior to your arrival. That valid physical credit card must be presented upon check-in, and the name on the card must match the name on the reservation.
- If the cardholder’s name and the guest checking in do not match, the guest will be required to provide a new payment. The previous charge will be refunded according to the hotel policy. Please note that the bank may take 30–45 business days to process the refund.
- Failure to present a valid credit card in the same name as the reservation will result in the hotel reserving the right to cancel and not honor the booking.
