Terms and conditions
1. Hotel Cancellation/ amendments
Non-refundable. Flexible to reschedule if plans change. Date changes are based on your real-time availability, prices, and restrictions. Please inform us at least 5 days prior to check-in if you wish to change your arrival date.
Any amendment within 5 days before arrival date will be denied and non refund will be given.
2. Check-in and check-out
* Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00 noon
* Early check-in: subject to room availability. Our Front Desk shall inform you upon your arrival if there's a room available to accomodate to your early check-in request, and this surcharge shall be applied:
* Full day charge applies for early check-in before 07:00
* Half day charge applies for early check-in from 07:00 - 10:00
* 30% of first night's room charge applies for early check-in from 10:00 AM - before 14:00
LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY Late check-out subject to room availability:
* Check-out after 12:00 - before 15:00: 30% charge applies
* Check-out from 15:00 - 17:00: Half day charge applies
* Check-out after 17:00: Full charge for an extra night.
3. Children policy
* Children below 6 years old staying with parents is free of charge.
* Children from 6 to 11 years old staying with parents: a breakfast surcharge of VND 125.000/child/night shall be applied
* Children 12 years old and above is considered as an adult. Extra bed is required at surcharge of VND 800.000/night, including breakfast.
Extra beds and baby cot:
* Maximum 01 extra bed per room (Not available for Old Quarter Suite)
* Complimentary baby cot is provided upon request (maximum 1 baby cot per room).
